Applying for a Pass

It is now even easier to buy your pass online!


We know new systems can sometimes be a little confusing so we have added some further information to aid you in buying a pass.

Current Pass Holders

Please follow these steps in order to buy your pass online: 

  1. You will find all of our pass products under our 'Tickets’ section. Those products that are available to purchase online will have 'Add to Cart’ next to them. Simply find the product that you wish to purchase and click the 'Add to Cart’ button.
  2. The product will appear in your online shopping basket and will be shown towards the top of the page. From here you can change the number of months you want the pass valid for and also the start date of the pass by clicking the 'Edit’ button. Please note the start date automatically provided is the first available date the pass can be valid from. This takes into account process and delivery times. Once you are happy that the correct product has been selected click the 'Check Out’ button.
  3. If you haven’t already, you will then need to enter your unique pass number, which can be found on your current pass. After you have clicked 'Checkout’ you will be asked to enter your personal and payment details before confirming the order. All details are stored on a secure server.

New Applications

All of our passes are photocard passes so before we can get you setup on our online system we need you to apply for a pass the old fashioned way by completing our application form and supplying us with a photo. 

Once this initial application has been complete you can visit our website and apply for any subsequent passes online. Further guidance can be found under the 'Current Pass Holders’ title.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my card take to be delivered?

As soon as we receive your application we start processing, delivery of your pass should be within 3 working days from the date we receive the application.

I ordered my pass over 3 days ago and I have still not received this?
Our passes are sent via Royal Mail so during busier periods your pass may take longer than 3 days to arrive but for peace of mind, contact our office on 0121 322 2222 and our admin team will be able to advise on the status of your application. 

I am not sure I want to buy my pass online, is there any other way I can apply?
Yes, you can still apply for your pass by downloading a copy of our paper application form, printing it, filling it and sending it back to us.

I am having problems with this new online payment system, what should I do?
Don’t panic, our friendly office staff are on hand to help. Give us a call on 0121 322 2222, lines open Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:30. 

Can I save my details so that I don’t have to re-enter them every time I order?
For your convenience you can choose to save your details so you do not have to add all the details again the next time you order with us. Simply select 'Save my details' at the bottom of the checkout and provide a password.

How secure are my card details?
All transactions are completed through our secure server and are handled by RealEx Secure Payment Systems.

For added security, all saved card details are stored on RealEx's secure servers not our own. We only store a unique reference to card and its expiry date.

What cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Switch and Solo.
