We offer a range of great value Termlink passes for students of all ages! As long as you’re in full time education you can take advantage of one of our Termlink cards. They are a great way of saving money on journeys to and from school and they can be used in the evening and at weekends too!

You can travel on any Diamond or Signature Bus service in the area specified all day, every day and this term you will get even better value from your Termlink pass as it will also be valid for the school holiday too! Termlink is valid from the begining of each term so the sooner you buy one the more you save.

Network Termlink is valid on ALL Diamond and Signature Bus services across our Wyvern, Worcestershire and West Midlands Network*.

How to apply

If you are a new applicant:

Simply print and complete the application form and return it to us with a passport size photo, proof of age/student ID and payment. We’ll then process your application and send out your card.
 

If you are renewing your exisitng Termlink pass:

You can now do this online through our Tickets page. At the begining of the new academic year, if you are aged 16 or over please email your proof of student identification to comments@diamondbuses.com with the order reference and your Termlink pass number.

West Midlands 16-18 Termlink passes and nNetwork 16-18 Photocard

Holders of a Diamond West Midlands Termlink 16-18 will be required to also show the driver a valid nNetwork 16-18 photocard from 1 October for the remainder of the academic year. You will be required to provide your nNetwork 16-18 reference number when applying for a West Midlands 16-18 Termlink pass.

A n-network 16-18 photocard entitles you to child rate season tickets or child rate fares within the Network West Midlands area.

You are entitled to a n-network 16-18 photocard if you are in full time education, (minimum 12 hours per week), are under 18 before the 1st September of the current academic year and live in the West Midlands County in a property that is eligible for Council Tax to one of these seven District Councils; Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall, Wolverhampton. To get your n-network 16-18 photocard obtain a Unique Validation Code (UVC) leaflet from your school or college in September and apply on-line. Without this UVC code you will not be able to apply for your n-network 16-18 Photocard.

Termlink Care Pass Protection

For just £10.00 per term, you can insure your Termlink card against loss or damage. Replacement passes will then cost just £5.00 per replacement. If you don’t take out insurance, replacements will cost £20.00 per replacements. Simply tick the relevant box on the application form or add to your basket.

Please read the terms and conditions of your required pass carefully. Some exceptions and service restrictions apply to area passes. A Termlink pass entitles the bearer, to travel on all Diamond services only in the area specified on the front of the card:

REDDITCH TERMLINK:
Redditch Termlink cards are valid on Diamond services in the Redditch Zone. Some exceptions apply, please see below:

Exceptions:
Redditch Termlink is not valid for travel on services 148, 182 and 204, please enquire with Warwickshire County Council for tickets and passes for these service. For Redditch Boundary information click here.
On 42 (formerly X3 service) valid between Redditch Bus Station and Tardebigge Inn.
On 43 (formerly 143 service) valid between Redditch Bus Station and Tardebigge Inn.
On 146 valid between Redditch Bus Station and Weights Lane.
On 247 valid between Redditch Bus Station and Spernal Lane.
On 354 valid between Redditch Bus Station and Astwood Bank.

On 2L valid between Hales Park and Crossway Green only.
On 25 valid between Kidderminster Bus Station and Stourbridge Bus Station for an introductory period.
On 294 valid between Kidderminster Bus Station and Astley only.
On 295 valid between Kidderminster Bus Station and Astley only.
On 302 valid between Hales Park and Crossway Green only.
On 303 valid between Hales Park and Crossway Green only.

West Midlands Termlink is valid for travel in the West Midlands County only and is NOT valid for travel in the Wyvern and Worcestershire area.
West Midlands Termlink is NOT valid for cross boundary travel into the Worcestershire area:
On service 202 valid between Halesowen and Windmill Lane then St. Chads Church to Rednal (Hare and Hounds) - not valid for use to Waseley Hills High School.
On 25 valid between Stourbridge Bus Station and Norton only.
On 146 valid between Birminhgam and Groveley Corner only.

West Midlands Termlink Child: Only available to age 5-15 inclusive. An under 16 proof of age card is also available from Network West Midlands, for teenagers who may look older and may be requested to proof they are entitled to Child rates on board

West Midlands Termlink 16-18: Only available to 16-18s who live in the West Midlands County and are holders of a n-Network 16-18 photocard and in full time education. Those aged 16+ will be required to show their n-Network 16-18 photocard in addition to a Termlink 16-18 pass when boarding (A grace period of 1 month is allowed at the start of each academic year whilst Network West Midlands process applications, however after 1 October drivers WILL NOT accept Termlink 16-18 passes without a n-Network photocard).

West Midlands Termlink Student: Available to age 18 and over, who live in the West Midlands County and are in full time education (min 12 hrs per week) and those students aged 16-18 who are not entitled to a n-Network 16-18 photocard, but are in full time education.
 

DIAMOND NETWORK TERMLINK:
Network Termlink
is valid on ALL Diamond and Signature Bus services across our Wyvern, Worcestershire and West Midlands Network*. Some exceptions apply, please see below:

Exceptions:

GENERAL TERMLINK TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

By applying for this pass, the applicant / parent or guardian confirms that the pass holder meets the eligibility criteria in the terms and conditions.

A Termlink pass is not transferable and can only be used by the holder shown on the front of the photocard.

A Termlink pass may be refused / withdrawn by the driver or a company representative should it become defaced or used fraudulently.

A Termlink pass remains the property of the Diamond Bus Limited

In using a Termlink pass for travel the bearer agrees to the Terms and Conditions of carriage of Diamond Bus Limited.

Please be aware not all services operate seven days per week.

Please note: Diamond Bus Limited and Signature Bus do not accept other operators tickets or passes for full or part payment for travel on our services. If you require travel on more than one bus operator we advise the purchase of multi-operator 'nBus' products which are available from Network West Midlands or 'Connecta' from Worcestershire County Council.
