This change will occur because we are now phasing out the Midland Classic name to Diamond East Midlands introducing Diamond East Midlands tickets to the Diamond Bus App. Diamond / Midland Classic Network ticket prices will not change and the validity areas for these products will remain the same. The T&Cs for each of the new “Network Zones” can be found below.
Formerly “Diamond Network” tickets
Valid on all* Diamond services within the following county boundaries; West Midlands County, Shropshire, Warwickshire & Worcestershire.
*Some service exceptions apply – Not valid on Kidderminster school services 828 & 829. Valid for cross boundary travel from Sutton Coldfield to Tamworth on service 76, 76A, 76B, not valid on any other Staffordshire services.
Formerly “Midland Classic Network” tickets
Valid on all* Diamond services within the following county boundaries; Staffordshire, Derbyshire & Leicestershire.
*Some service exceptions apply – Valid on Service 19A between Burton and Measham only (additional tickets to Mercia Park are available). Not valid on Tamworth services 76, 76A, 76B. Not valid on 10S, 20, 125, 129, 829 and other certain contracted and school services.
Not Valid on Diamond Zone A, North West or Diamond South East services.
