Diamond Bus welcomes Claribels customers into our growing family

From 24th April 2022, Diamond Bus will take over the bus operations of Claribel’s Coaches Ltd.
Claribels will cease operating local bus services, however their coaching operations will remain unchanged.
For those customers joining us from Claribels we look forward to welcoming you onboard. Please find below some useful information on changes to your usual services:

Changes to tickets & Fares:
From 24th April Diamond Bus fares will apply to the Diamond services listed above. We’ve got a great range of ticket solutions, so no matter what your reason for travelling, we’ve got a ticket for you!
With Diamond West Midlands Zone tickets, you can now benefit from our great midlands-wide network all for the daily rate of £4 (onbus, or just £3.80 on our app!).
We are also introducing our great “Diamond Value” ticket range on the 94 service between Chelmsley Wood and Fox & Goose – with fares starting at just £3.00 (or £2.85 on the app) - And from 24th April for an Introductory 1 month period we will offer passengers on the 94 service a flat fare of £1 per journey!!!
Diamond Weekly, Monthly and Term options are also available. We also accept nBus and Swift products, if you needs to use multiple operators services.

If you are new to M-tickets, you can download the Diamond Bus App from Google Play or App store, simply sign up and you can buy bus tickets on your phone – in some cases cheaper than when buying on bus! For more information about how to use M-tickets click here.
If you prefer to buy a ticket on board from your driver, we accept contactless payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay for all ticket purchases up to £45.
If you are looking for a flexible way to pay for fares – perhaps a season ticket isn’t right for you at the moment if you don’t travel every day – don’t worry. We have our great Tap&Go fare capping solution also available onboard.
