Concessionary Passes Extended During Coronavirus Outbreak

18 March 2020

West Midlands North West Worcester and Warwickshire

Free travel period extended in the Midlands and the North West

In order to help support the elderly and those with disabilities access essential services during the Coronavirus outbreak, Diamond will accept National Concessionary Passes before 09:30am until further notice. This is now available in all concessionary boundaries.

It is expected that many major supermarkets will open early for the elderly and disabled to be able to access essential items. We will support those who wish to travel on our services before 09:30 and accept their concessionary pass for free travel.

Passengers are requested to scan their pass on the ticket machine as normal in order to travel free of charge.

You can continue to find the latest updates around our services and the Coronavirus situation via our website and social media pages.
