Gender Pay Gap Reporting

As an organisation of over 250 employees, Diamond Bus Ltd are required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.

We are required to show the difference between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation and publish the results on our website annually. The below report is correct at date of publishing 03/04/18.
