Diamond Bus App Updates

Updates to the Diamond Bus App From 30th March 2026

18 March 2026

West Midlands North West Derbyshire Leicestershire Shropshire Staffordshire Surrey Warwickshire Worcestershire

Following a recent period of issues with the Diamond Bus app and the latest android platforms, there will be a new app update released from 30th March.

The update will be a full app update and will affect both iPhone and Android users.

When you have downloaded the latest version of the app, you will be required to log into your account again.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it. We are aware from other operators on the same platform, that some customers may experience an issue when trying to reset their password in the app if they have forgotten their log in details.

Some customers (depending on their device’s settings), may experience an issue where they try to reset their password in the app, and then receive a message telling them to download the app, which they have already done.

The best course of action in this case, is to reset your password using the Diamond Bus Website rather than the app. Please visit the log in page and reset your password here.

Once your password is reset on the website, you can log into the app using your new password and your account should then be fully accessible.

Any previously purchased tickets will automatically be available in the your ticket wallet when you log into your account on the new app.

We recommend that customers update and log in before they require the app for travel, to ensure you are able to access your tickets and are familar with the new menu.

The look of the app will change and some of the menus & options will be different to how they looked previously. The new menu can be accessed by the "three lines" icon at the top of the main page. Below are some images of how the new app will look.
