Free Easter travel for youngsters in Leicestershire

Children and young people across Leicestershire can take advantage of free bus travel this Easter.

This Easter holiday is the perfect chance for young people to get onboard and explore the county by bus and save money too!

Children and young people under 16 will be able to use the offer when boarding the bus in the Leicestershire County, from 9.30am to 11pm on Monday-Friday and all day at weekends and bank holidays. Under 16s will just need to show proof of age – such as their student ID – when boarding buses.

This great offer will run from Saturday 23 March to Sunday 7 April 2024.

This Scheme is delivered on behalf of the Leicestershire Enhanced Bus Partnership which is a collaboration between the county council and the bus operators, funded by the Department of Transport’s Bus Service Improvement Plan.
