Withdrawal of Midland Classic Vouchers

From 30th March 2024, there will be some changes to the acceptance of a number of Midland Classic Vouchers.

Credit Change Vouchers

The use of Credit Change Vouchers on Diamond East Midlands services will end from 30th March 2024. This ticket will no longer be available for drivers to issue, if they do not have sufficient change to give a customer. Customers are reminded that change is issued only when the driver has sufficient change available and we do recommend that customers have the correct change for onboard cash purchases.

If you do not have the correct cash amount for your purchase, the following payment alternatives are available:

- You can pay for your ticket using Contactless Payment on board any Diamond Bus. 

- You can purchase a ticket in advance of your journey on the Diamond Bus App.

Midland Classic Ticket Vouchers

We will also withdraw the use of Midland Classic Vouchers from 30th March. All combinations of the Midland Classic Voucher designs will no longer be valid and will not be accepted after 30th March.

If you have one of these vouchers, please ensure you exchange this for a Diamond Bus ticket before this date.
