247 Diversion & Timetable - Bidford Bridge Closure 20/08/2024 16:04:59

From 25th August 2024 until further notice

Bidford Bridge will be temporarily closed.

Due to weight limit restrictions on Welford-on-Avon Bridge, we will not be able to use this as a diversion route. Therefore an alternative diversion and temporary timetable will be in place during the closure.

All 247 services will operate the normal route between Redditch and Bidford on Avon. All services will then divert on a fast route direct to Evesham via A46. 

Services will then come up from Evesham to serve Badsey, Blackminster, South Littleton and Cleeve Prior, then returning to Evesham. Services will then operate direct from Evesham to Bidford and resume normal route between Bidford and Redditch for the return journey.
