There will be revised service levels on Service 19A & 20 to Mercia Park over the Festive period.

Hartshorne Rd One Way Closure 16/12/2025 10:35:42
From 15th - 19th December 2025
There is a one way closure of Hartshorne Rd Between Woodville Tollgate & Goseley Estate.
Service 4 (Only those trips that serve Goseley Estate) will not serve the following Bus Stops whilst travelling towards Goseley Estate:
A511 BURTON RD: Lincoln Way, Hackett’s Corner, TollGate
HARTSHORNE RD: Swallow Rd, Falcon Way, The Cutting
WOODVILLE RD: Goseley
However, Passengers wishing to Disembark at these stops may stay on the Bus and get off on the return journey from Goseley Estate towards Swadlincote.
High St, Burton Road Closure 16/12/2025 09:40:10
18th, 19th & 20th December. 15:00 - 22:00
High St, Burton will be closed between 15:00 - 22:00 on 18th, 19th & 20th December.
During these times only, Services 8, 9 & 18 will not serve any stops on High St, they will use Stapenhill Rd & St Peters Bridge. Nearest alternative stop is New St.

From 6th January 2026 for approx. 12 weeks
Swadlincote Bus Station will close from 6th January for upgrade works.
For the duration of the closure, all local bus services will be relocating to two temporary stops located on Civic Way. New departures will be as follows:
