Finding your items

If you have lost an item of property on one of the Bee Network vehicles and the service is a franchised route you will need to contact TfGM at hello@beenetwork.com or visit https://tfgm.com/help-and-contact-us.

Please contact them as soon as possible after your item was lost and they will endeavor to locate your property. It is useful to let them know; which route you were travelling on and the date and time of your journey, along with a description of your property.

TfGM will direct you throughout the process.

Diamond Bus North West non Franchised Service

It you have lost an item on a non-franchised service run by Diamond 150, 254, 336, 337, 370, 371, 389, 728, 769, 87, X50 you will need to contact our Customer Service Department on commentsdiamondbusnorthwest@rotala.co.uk.
